This Bentley is being sold on behalf of the living estate of Dr. H.W. "Ted" Payton. Due to illness, Dr. Payton no longer drives this vehicle and has asked Advantage Auction Services to offer it for sale to the public by auction. Our company has the maintenance records dating back to his acquisition of the car in 2007 when the recorded mileage was 19,206. Since taking ownership, all service and maintenance has been performed by Bentley certified technicians at the Bentley dealerships in High Point, NC, and Naples, FL.
At the time the photographs were taken, the car had 155,995 miles on it. The overall condition is excellent with minor highway wear visible. In inspecting the vehicle, two minor blemishes were discovered and photographs have been included of these in the gallery. One is some paint wear above the front windshield on the passenger side. The other is a very minor scratch on the black trim on the front bumper.
The auction will be held in the Regus Business Center in Biltmore Park, Asheville, NC, at 3:00pm on April 10th. The car will be available for preview from 12:00 noon until 3:00pm. At the end of the preview, all bidders will go to Suite 200 where the auction will be held.
